Dr. Cera Doering began her career over 18 years ago with Baltimore City Public Schools as a classroom teacher. Six years later, she served as a math specialist who supported a network of 14 schools to achieve their annual yearly progress goals. This led to serving as a school principal at PK-8 schools serving up to 1,200 students. She is currently the Director of Recruitment and Partnerships for Baltimore City Public Schools and the mother of five beautiful children who keep her grounded. Her passion is to support educational leaders in their quest to level the playing field for all.
