Linda Christie
Associate Professor
Dr. Linda Christie is an Associate Professor of Management in the College of Business, Ideation, Leadership and Technology at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. She received her M.S. and Ph.D. in Industrial Administration (Organizational Behavior and Theory) from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University. Her research explores workplace engagement, leveraging employee strengths, and factors contributing to successful team formation and outcomes. Dr. Christie is also a certified Gallup StrengthsFinder Coach focusing on the process of career transition.
